This large, modern house in the heart of Washington is the perfect base for exploring downtown. It's located just blocks from the metro station and a few minutes drive to all of DC’s major monuments. You can walk to trendy restaurants and coffee shops. Our house radiates luxury and the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom set-up is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Our historic home has everything you need to enjoy your DC stay with friends or family. Considering its central location, you might not want to pass it up. Besides your outside adventures and sightseeing, you'll find this house has everything you need to make time spent indoors pleasurable.

It's charming and warm, fully equipped with modern appliances and amenities. You'll enjoy the large spaces and warmly furnished rooms.

BEDROOMS:
Our condo has 3 full bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests.

The master bedroom is spacious. There's a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress for a restful sleep. There's also a pull-out bed to add to the number of bed spaces should you need it. Kids especially will love sleeping in the same room as their parents when in a new environment.

If you need to catch up with some work, there's a chair and work table, wide enough for a laptop and extra documents.

There are two other bedrooms in the house with two single beds in both of them. You'll find the futon in the living room converts to a single bed. And for yet more space, there's a Queen size, extra-thick air mattress with a built-in pump that can be set up in just minutes.

All your bedding is provided, and there are extra pillows and blankets available for you to use.

BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms in the house are pristine and fully functional. An ensuite bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, complete with shower, bath, toilet and plenty of counter space.

The second full bathroom offers a shower, bath, toilet, and sink. There’s also a separate toilet downstairs.

We provide toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and towels, and there is also a hairdryer available.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer.

KITCHEN:
To whip up a meal, head to the fully-equipped kitchen that boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas range. The double fridge makes it easy for large groups to stock up on groceries. Cooking pots, pans, and utensils are all provided to make meal preparation a breeze.
You’ll find dishes and silverware stored in the cabinets and drawers, and you can then enjoy meals in the open, well-lit dining area.

LIVING ROOM:
Tastefully decorated in a modern style, the condo’s spacious living room is the perfect place to chill after a long day of exploring DC. Its comfortable sofas and warm lighting make relaxing the default. Stretch out on the chaise lounge, grab some snacks and pick a movie from the Smart HDTV’s Netflix app. High-speed internet and Amazon’s Alexa are also at your service.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with some fresh air. The condo’s shared backyard offers a lovely green space with trees and plants. Barbeques are always special, you are welcome to make use of the BBQ grill and tables. There are wooden chairs to sit on and a hammock too for a nice stretch.

Please make yourself at home. You’ll have access to the entire private house and the shared courtyard and patio.

The unit’s entrance has a keypad entry system that allows you to come and go without the hassle of carrying a key. This makes it especially easy for a large group. All codes are changed after checkout, providing guests with safety and security.

There is free street parking, and our central location means many outings can be accomplished on foot. The closest metro station is a ten-minute walk away.

You’ll be surrounded by visitors and residents from all walks of life in this home, which is located in an ethnically and culturally diverse area of the city. The location doesn’t get any better than this centrally-located home, which is walking distance to tourist attractions, cafes, shops and restaurants. Talk a short walk to explore this culturally-diverse neighborhood, or rent a bike at the nearby bikeshare station. The home is also located near two Metro Stations, providing you with affordable and easy access to all areas of the city.

The backyard space is a shared space, so please ensure you are courteous to the neighbors.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24 7.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Violators will be charged a 200 fine. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a 200 fine.

Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of 80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of 10 per additional night will apply.
