The home is equipped with a keypad entry system that allows you to come and go without the hassle of carrying a key. All codes are changed after checkout, providing guests with safety and security.

This is a residential neighborhood which is transitioning and is one of the most diverse areas of the city. You’ll be surrounded by residents from all walks of life in this urban area.

Getting Around

The home is located not far from two METRO Stations - Brookland-CUA Metro and the Rhode Island Metro Station are less than a 10 minute Uber ride away.

Other Things to note

This is a garden apartment, which is also known as an English basement. Tenant in the home above may be heard, and the pricing has been adjusted accordingly for this reason.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24 7.

Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of 80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of 10 per additional night will apply.
