H Street NE, a dynamic one-and-a-half mile stretch in Northeast DC, is known for its nightlife, restaurants, pop-ups, festivals and communal atmosphere-- from the Atlas Performing Arts Center, to the annual H St festival, to the H St. FreshFarm Market there is always something to do. There is a Starbucks and Safeway supermarket within walking distance of the property.

Getting Around

The cable-car trolley Streetcar is a block away and will take you up and down H St. Some guests may prefer to walk up to 15th street and ride, but the closest stop is on 19th street. It also provides you easy access to the metro with Union Station being the nearest stop. Car2go and ZipCar are also prevalent in the area.

Other Things to note

Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of 80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of 10 per additional night will apply.
