The 2 bedrooms are separated on the outside by a delightful balcony space where you can enjoy some fresh air on a beautiful day in the city. Both rooms have their own private exit to this balcony space.

The beauty of Georgetown’s cobblestone sidewalks, grand homes and peaceful C&O Canal are only part of the draw to this tree-lined historic neighborhood as home to some of the city’s top shops, tastiest restaurants and most luxurious hotels, Georgetown is a favorite of tourists and locals alike. And it’s easy to see why: Though M Street may be best known for a wide-ranging retail scene that includes such mainstream crowd-pleasers as Anthropologie and H&M and exclusive high-end designers like Billy Reid and Rag & Bone, the neighborhood is also home to a solid selection of upscale home design stores, independent small businesses and many of the city’s best fine art galleries.
Getting Around
There are 2 Metro bus stops within 1 block south on the same street as the property, which can be ridden to get to the closest Metro sub station and beyond, anywhere throughout the city.
Also two Capital Bikeshares about equidistant from the property, either 3 blocks north or south on Wisconsin Ave.
Other Things to note
House rules are taken very seriously, and a violation of any one of them will result in an extra penalty fee of upwards of 500. This includes any complaints from neighbors, any evidence remaining in the home of a party or event be held, or any bad odors as a result of smoking in the home.
