You’ll be located in close proximity to the H St. highlights, one of the top urban destinations in the D.C. area. Capitol Hill and other top DC destinations are a short and reasonably priced cab or Uber ride away, or via the Streetcar to Union Station METRO Station.

You’ll find the two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests and both bathrooms stocked with amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels and more.
The open floorplan offers a kitchen bar with 2 stools, and a living space where you can relax on the sofa following a day of sightseeing or meetings.
Complimentary WiFi is provided so you can spend time surfing the web or finishing up work outside of the office. The second bedroom has a desk space for a more comfortable and private work setting.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the private 2-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the rooftop is not available for guest use. There is ample street parking available for your vehicle(s), and no tags or DC permit is needed. There is also space enough for 1 vehicle to park in the back of the property.
Please be mindful of the once a week street cleanings indicated on the signs, where you can park on the other side of the street on whichever day is indicated not to park. For your convenience, we installed a keypad entry to the home, allowing you go about your day without having to track a key. The code is changed after check-out.

H Street NE, a dynamic one-and-a-half mile stretch in Northeast DC, is known for its nightlife, restaurants, pop-ups, festivals and communal atmosphere-- from the Atlas Performing Arts Center, to the annual H St festival, to the H St. FreshFarm Market there is always something to do. There is a Starbucks and Safeway supermarket within walking distance of the property.
