Complimentary WiFi is provided so you can spend time surfing the web or finishing up work outside of the office. The second bedroom has a desk space for a more comfortable and private work setting.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the private 2-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the rooftop is not available for guest use. There is ample street parking available for your vehicle(s), and no tags or DC permit is needed. There is also space enough for 1 vehicle to park in the back of the property.

Please be mindful of the once a week street cleanings indicated on the signs, where you can park on the other side of the street on whichever day is indicated not to park. For your convenience, we installed a keypad entry to the home, allowing you go about your day without having to track a key. The code is changed after check-out.

H Street NE, a dynamic one-and-a-half mile stretch in Northeast DC, is known for its nightlife, restaurants, pop-ups, festivals and communal atmosphere-- from the Atlas Performing Arts Center, to the annual H St festival, to the H St. FreshFarm Market there is always something to do. There is a Starbucks and Safeway supermarket within walking distance of the property.
