There are 3 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 2 floors of living space, and nearly 2,200 square feet.
Full of character, you'll feel right at home here with all the amenities needed to do so. A great place to work or relax alike, whether you are traveling on business or visiting for pleasure. The location puts you also close to great food, grocery, as well as all the fun and history found all around here in historic Old Town and of course Washington DC. A great retreat after a long day of sightseeing, hang out in the living area where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the smartTV with Netflix, Disney+, or whatever you fancy!
There is a dining area if you wish to stay in and prepare dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, or have take-out delivered. The kitchen includes all the essential appliances, with a dishwasher and electric range, and is stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. The dining table itself seats four to six comfortably, where there are also two additional stools at the kitchen bar for others to dine.
You and your guests will rest in comfort. The three bedrooms are fitted with a King, a Queen, and two twin size beds each respectively. The Master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and which our cleaners keep sparkling clean. A washer and dryer is also available in the home for your laundering convenience.
Off-street parking is available in the driveway. Additional free street parking is available as well.
There is free high-speed Wi-Fi: connect to plan your sightseeing, stream movies, or stay on top of work!
The property comes with a spacious backyard with a sunroom for lounging outside (and bug-free!) on beautiful days and nights here in Fort Washington. Guests will also be able to enjoy the pool during the warm season!

Guests will have total private access to the upper levels of the home, comprising the living spaces, 3-bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The basement is designed as a completely separated unit (No contact) and NOT part of the rental. It is occupied most of the time.

Guests are responsible to clean out the pool with skimmer net provided to clear out the leaves
Pool hot tub closed during winter time.
Grill is complementary so guests are responsible for propane and kindly cleaning the grill after.

Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of 80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of 10 per additional night will apply.
