There are 2 actual bedrooms, and one multi-purpose room nestled here, offering a tranquil retreat for a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom features comfortable bedding and ceiling fans ensuring you awake refreshed and ready to take on the day's adventures. The multi-purpose room has games, family-friendly cards, puzzles, and a reading nook. The futon in this room converts it into a sleeping space. The bathrooms in the home are kept sparkling clean, and boast newly installed toilets.
For your convenience, the townhome is furnished with modern amenities to cater to your needs. From the convenience of a washer and dryer, and all the extra essentials that you need provided, we aim to make your stay as seamless as possible. Also our guests' security is a top-priority-- you'll feel safe and secure with our newly-installed roll-up garage gate that secures the back of the home. We also have outdoor surveillance cameras for added security, and WiFi smart locks so you can rest assured that you'll never be locked out of the home.

The H Street corridor has a long and storied history in Washington, DC. Getting Around
Walk a block to the Free DC Streetcar at 16th and Benning Rd NE, that can take you to Union Station, where you can catch both the METRO rail subway (Red Line), or Amtrak trains to get anywhere around the DMV region!
<20 minute walk to another METRO station, in the opposite direction at Stadium-Armory on the ORANGE line which can take you directly into the National Mall & Smithsonian on that line.
Rent a bike at the nearest Capital bikeshare: intersection of Bladensburg & Benning Roads, or 15th & F St NE
Ride share readily available, e.g. Uber Lyft, using your smartphone and the apps.
Lime, Bird, Lyft, and Uber JUMP scooters (and bikes mo-peds) are readily available on nearly every corner of the city wherever you can find one, rent them easily using their app and your smartphone
