Step into our central DC urban oasis here in Eckington. The property is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome that welcomes you with an open floor plan, where the living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Natural light floods the space, highlighting the stylish decor and modern amenities.
The kitchen boasts all the essentials, from a toaster to a coffee maker, making it easy to whip up a gourmet meal or brew your morning coffee. The dining table can seat up to 6 guests quite comfortably.
The bedrooms offer comfortable retreats. Two of them grace the second floor, where they share one of the full bathrooms that our cleaners keep immaculately clean. One of the bedrooms is more compact, so incorporates a sofabed that can sleep 2 people comfortably, but also has its own TV in the room allowing it to convert into a secondary living room area. In this same room there is a desk and chair with a monitor for your convenience, allowing you some privacy to take work calls while away, read a book, or simply surf the internet to learn more about your next DC destination. The third bedroom is nestled on the basement level, providing some privacy and space for everyone in your group. The basement level also offers a third living room space with smart TV.
Our high-speed internet will keep you connected, as well as allow you not to miss all your favorite shows or the next big game during your stay . The free street parking will add even more convenience to your DC adventure.

Guests will have fully private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, where for your convenience you will have a contactless self check-in with keycode and electronic lock security.

The Neighborhood
Our home is in Eckington, a historical neighborhood hidden in the middle of all the up-and-coming spots in the city. A 15-20 minute stroll can take you into the heart of neighborhoods such as Shaw, H Street, or Union Market. Blocks away are 3 great cafes, Creative Grounds, Sylvan or Big Bear Caf in Bloomingdale: go to each for coffee or a snack and relax in the outdoor patios as available with locals.
There is also a Farmer's Market there every Sunday from 9am to 1pm. Other nearby neighborhood spots are The Pub & The People, Showtime (which has the best jukebox in the city), Boundary Stone, Red Hen, and DCity Smokehouse where you'll find some of the best BBQ in DC (try the brisket and pulled pork!) only blocks from the home.
Getting Around
Located all within 10-15 minutes walk are: Union Market, NoMA, the brand new Tanner Park connecting to the MBT, and the NoMA - Gallaudet METRO subway station (Red Line) being easily accessible and can bring you through the heart of downtown DC to Bethesda or Silver Spring, Union Station, and beyond and where The Capitol Building and the start of the National Mall and museums are only a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk south.
Not to mention, there are rentable scooters everywhere as well as two Capital City bike-share stations within a 2-block walk at Tanner Park as well as at Eckington Pl & Q St NE.
Taxis such as Uber and Lyft are also always readily available via your smartphone and their associated apps.
