Guests will have fully private access to the entire 4-bedroom townhome, and 1-car garage parking, as well as the free street parking that's available directly outside of the home.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood streets are lined with brick Federal-style row houses. On other streets, newer built townhouses painted in varying shades of pastels and muted colors give the community a vibrant, airy appearance. Newer townhouses sit on leafy streets with sidewalks and pocket parks throughout.
The biking trails are minutes from the home, as well as the Anacostia River Walk. The DC Streetcar, H St Corridor, are also only minutes drive from the home.

Other Things to note
We have a strict absolutely no smoking policy, in conjunction with Airbnb and we will charge a 200 cleaning fee due immediately if we find traces of smoking in the house and or smoking related debris on the deck yard and any areas of the house and the yards. This policy also includes no smoking of E-Cigarettes inside the house however you are free to smoke outside as long as there is no debris left and fire hazard to the house and neighbors.
A 200 fee will be charged for violating the house rules, specifically for hosting parties, events, or celebrations, or for failing to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, as these policies are in place to ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain a peaceful environment for the neighborhood. NO music after 9 PM.
